    Published the first public landing page with the Validate Before You Scale narrative, mission brief example, and contributor positioning. No fake stats — all numbers will appear only after they are real.

    Brand system: technical editorial

    Committed to a monochrome industrial type system with orange accent and a single gradient logo mark. Marquee status strip introduced to keep the page honest about pre-launch state.

  3. LOG-001·April 2026

    Concept lock — mission-based validation

    Decided the core unit of work on Unisphere is a Validation Mission, not a survey or interview. Founders post a mission, contributors complete it, and signed feedback flows back within 72 hours.
