1. Acceptance
By joining the Unisphere waitlist or using any part of the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Pre-launch status
Unisphere is in a pre-launch phase. Features may change, be removed, or be paused without notice. Nothing on this site should be treated as a binding commitment of availability or pricing.
3. Founders and contributors
Founders post validation missions describing what they want tested. Contributors complete missions and submit signed feedback. Both parties agree to act in good faith and to respect any confidentiality requested in a mission brief.
4. Ownership of feedback
Feedback submitted by a contributor for a mission is owned by the founder who posted the mission, subject to the contributor's right to be credited in their portfolio and reputation graph.
5. Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content. Do not attempt to misrepresent your identity, recycle feedback across missions, or game reputation. We may suspend any account that violates these terms.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is" during pre-launch. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PSTechlabs Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
